Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using the service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy and AI Usage Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA) to use ImageToSpeech. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Your account
You're responsible for safeguarding your credentials, keeping your contact information up to date, and all activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
User responsibilities
- Only upload content you own or have permission to process
- Use generated audio in compliance with applicable laws
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or scrape the service
- Respect rate limits and usage quotas
Prohibited use
You may not use ImageToSpeech to process or generate content that is illegal, deceptive, defamatory, sexually explicit involving minors, harassing, infringes intellectual property, or violates our Acceptable Use Policy.
AI-generated content disclaimer
OCR and TTS results are produced by AI and may contain errors. ImageToSpeech is not a substitute for professional translation, medical, legal or accessibility certification. Verify critical content before relying on it.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans auto-renew until cancelled. You can manage or cancel anytime in your Billing settings. Detailed billing terms are in our Billing & Subscription Policy and refunds in our Refund Policy.
Intellectual property
We retain all rights in the ImageToSpeech platform, brand, code and models. You retain ownership of the content you upload and the audio you generate. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service.
Third-party content
The service may include third-party content or links. We are not responsible for third-party materials and do not endorse them.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImageToSpeech is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with notice when reasonably possible.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ImageToSpeech operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
