New paid subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the initial purchase, provided fewer than 30 minutes of generated audio have been exported.
Annual plans
Annual plans are refundable on a prorated basis within 30 days of purchase if you cancel and have used less than 20% of your annual quota.
Renewals
Auto-renewal charges are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime to prevent future charges. If you forgot to cancel and contact us within 7 days of a renewal with no significant usage in that period, we will usually issue a one-time courtesy refund.

How to request a refund
Email billing@imagetospeech.org from your account email with your invoice number and a short reason. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
