Reporting copyright infringement
If you believe content on ImageToSpeech.org infringes your copyright, send a written notice to dmca@imagetospeech.org including the items listed below. We will review and, if appropriate, remove or disable access to the material.
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- The URL or precise description of the allegedly infringing material
- Your contact information (name, address, email, phone)
- A statement of good-faith belief that use is not authorized
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act
Counter-notification
If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice with: your signature, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury, your contact information, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in our operating district.
Repeat infringers
We terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
