- Generate audio intended to deceive (deepfakes of real people without consent)
- Create harassing, hateful, defamatory or sexually explicit content involving minors
- Distribute malware, spam, phishing or fraudulent content
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or circumvent rate limits and security controls
- Resell raw API output or repackage the service as your own without a license
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
High-risk content
Do not use the service to produce audio in contexts where errors could cause serious harm (medical instructions, legal notices, emergency communications) without independent professional review.
Enforcement
We may warn, throttle, suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy. Severe violations may be reported to authorities.

Email abuse@imagetospeech.org with details. We act on credible reports within 48 hours.
