OCR accuracy depends on the source. Clean printed text typically exceeds 99%. Handwriting and low-quality scans are lower but still usable. Tips for improving accuracy are in our Help Center.

Anonymous conversions are deleted within 24 hours. For registered users, files are kept up to 30 days or until you delete them — whichever is sooner.
